SAN HQ ELISA SensoPlus
SAN HQ ELISA SensoPlus
OverView
SAN HQ ELISA SensoPlus is developed for the detection and quantification of SAN HQ. The kit is designed as a classical sandwich ELISA, with two monoclonal antibodies specific towards SAN HQ nuclease. It consists of a pre-coated micro test plate in a 8-well strip format and ready to use reagents. Selected reagents are provided in two separate sets to simplify multiple use. The capacity of 1 kit is 96 measurements.
SAN HQ is a highly efficient nuclease used to remove nucleic acids from biomanufacturing workflows at elevated levels of salt.
SAN HQ ELISA SensoPlus is ideal for quantification of residual SAN HQ from in-process samples, as well as, to verify the successful removal of SAN HQ in your final product. The kit has a quantification range from 0.075 to 4.8 ng/mL SAN HQ.
Assay Characteristics
Sensitive: 75 pg/ml

Figures

SAN HQ ELISA SensoPlus is designed as a classic sandwich ELISA, with one immobilised antibody on the assay plate that captures SAN HQ from test samples. The bound SAN HQ is detected by a second antibody labeled with Biotin, which in turn is detected by the enzyme conjugate (Streptavidin - Peroxidase). The peroxidase catalyses a reaction that can be quantified colorimetrically by a spectrophotometer measuring OD at 450 nm.

FAQs
The kit is multi-use.
Return unused strips immediately to the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack and reseal tightly along the entire edge of the zip seal.
Quality is guaranteed for one month if stored at +2 °C to +8 °C.
Before use, determine the number of test wells required and place the necessary microwell strips into the supplied frame.
Avoid touching the bottom of the strips.
Return any unused strips to the storage bag with desiccant, seal, and store at +2 °C to +8 °C.
The SAN HQ ELISA SensoPlus™ kit is specifically designed to detect the following ArcticZymes products:
- SAN HQ (Cat. No. 70920-)
- SAN HQ GMP (Cat. No. 70921-)
- HL-SAN (Cat. No. 70980-)
- HL-SAN Triton-free (Cat. No. 70985-)
Allow all reagents to equilibrate to room temperature (20–25 °C) before use.
Return reagents to the recommended storage temperature immediately after use.
Samples must be diluted at least 1:2 in Sample Dilution Buffer before analysis.
Do not perform dilutions directly in the Assay Plate.
Use a polypropylene microplate or polypropylene tubes for sample pre-dilution.
We recommend diluting 100 µL of the sample into 100 µL of Sample Dilution Buffer and analysing two separate dilutions of each sample (duplicates).
Upon receipt, store all unopened components at +2 °C to +8 °C.
The kit remains stable under these conditions until the expiration date printed on the package.
Do not freeze the kit or any of its components.
The recovery of SAN HQ concentration may be influenced by the sample matrix composition.
Matrix effects are common in immunoassays and are usually minimized by using high sample dilution factors.
Because matrix effects depend on individual sample composition, general guidance is limited.
Please contact support@arcticzymes.com for information on tested matrices.
