Heat-Labile Double-Strand Specific DNase
(HL-dsDNase)

Heat-Labile Double Strand Specific DNase – Derived from its parent enzyme – the HL-dsDNase shares the same excellent characteristics on the enzyme activity but has an added increased heat-lability which allows for the inactivation to be done at 50-55°C – a temperature that integrates well with many Reverse Transcriptase protocols.

As with the dsDNase the HL-dsDNase offers increased contamination control as a key feature and inactivation at substantially lover temperatures than the parent enzyme.
